Oct 17 2018 if your sweep path has any direction change without a radius the cut also gets a sharp corner which the mill wouldn't produce in the real world. to solve this apply a minimal sized fillet .0001 r between the two straight segments of the path. that will cause the sweep cut to perform properly as an end-mill really would.
